3rd Grade | Peret, Kathryn

Hello! My name is Mrs. Peret and I'm part of the 3rd grade team at Murphy Elementary. I was born and raised in Southwestern Michigan and I love to visit the Great Lakes! I went to college and graduate school at Michigan State University, and I'm always cheering on the MSU Spartans! Go Green! 

 

After school, I coach the Varsity Dance Team at Haslett High School. You may have joined me for one of our youth dance clinics in the past. Go Vikings! You can also find me teaching dance at Elite Dance Company. I've been dancing for over 20 years and enjoy sharing dance with many of my students! 

 

I love coffee, reading books, traveling, and hiking. Most of all, I like to spend time with my golden doodle, Vinnie, and my husband, Mr. Mitch. You’ll hear many stories about them this year! If you ask any of my previous students, they’ll tell you that Vinnie is a very funny dog who always gets into trouble! I hope you’ll enjoy learning about him too!

 

Third grade is a very exciting year full of learning and new experiences, and I can’t wait to share every moment with you!
